The consolidated revenue of Pristis in January thru September 2011 is €9,4 million (147 Mio EEK), profit from operations €457 000 (7,1 Mio EEK).
According to the CEO of Pristis AS Andres Kiil the company’s revenue has grown 4% compared to the same period year ago.
„After successful merger of Skorpion and Lilto in summer of 2010, Pristis is focused on providing quality service to its customers and growing Pristis business. The Estonian Security Association estimates the security market to shrink in 2011, we are growing despite the fact that market is headed down.“ said Kiil.
The fastest growth among Pristis companies comes from Lithuania where business has increased 16% compared to 2010.
The company’s profit from operations in the period is €457 000, that is 7,1 Mio EEK.
”As a result of implemented changes in Pristis organization in 2010, we have achieved the planned merger synergies and sustainable profitability of Pristis business in the Baltics. ” added Kiil.
