First of all, I would like to thank You for choosing Pristis as Your partner in security solutions and services. There are some exiting news about positive developments in Pristis that I want to share with You.
A new security services company, USS Security Eesti AS, is born
K Grupp and Pristis will unite our security services businesses, i.e. manned and technical guarding. Thereby a new security brand USS Security Eesti AS, strong second player in the security services market in Estonia, is born. The company is owned by Estonian entrepreneurs, 40% belongs to Pristis AS, 60% to Urmas Sõõrumaa. Closing date is planned in 2011, I inform You about the exact date additionally.
If You are Pristis customer of manned and/or technical guarding security services, after closing Your security services partner will be USS Security. All conditions of contracts remain unchanged.
With the merger, I believe that Pristis security services customers can only win. Many USS Security Eesti AS leaders and employees have experience in guaranteeing our safety longer than the time Estonia has been independent again (since 1991). Many people involved in USS Security have created the private security industry in Estonia as we today know it. Our friendly security officers and customer service personnel familiar from Pristis shall continue to service Your safety needs, they sincerely want to help You in any safety related issues. Safety is not a privilege.
Pristis AS continues operations in the area of low voltage and security solutions and buildings’ technologies maintenance
Pristis continues operating under its trade mark in the Baltics, in the areas of low voltage and security solutions and buildings’ technologies maintenance. We concentrate our focus on better servicing our projects’ and maintenance businesses customers. We shall be better positioned and more competitive to develop and introduce to market new technical solutions and maintenance services. All Pristis specialists in low voltage and security systems’ solutions and buildings’ technologies maintenance areas, including customer service personnel, continue their work in Pristis.
If You are Pristis customer of maintenance services and/or systems installation, there will be no changes to Your relationship, contacts and services with Pristis.
Pristis aim in the next 3 years is to increase its sales to €20M in the Baltics, by increasing market share and introducing new exiting technologies. We want to become more valuable partner to our customers. The merger enables Pristis to invest more into customer service quality and business development. The owners of AS Pristis are Indrek Sepp 93% and Peep Lõoke 7%.
