PRISTIS EXPANDS INTO TECHNOLOGY COMPANY
Solution offerings from Pristis expand towards buildings’ technology solutions
On its 19th year of activities Pristis focuses on low voltage and security solutions and buildings’ technologies maintenance. For growth, Pristis turns to new solutions connected with technologies of buildings.
„Focusing on technology will bring out the best skills of Pristis. Expanding our list of solutions into electrical installation, ventilation, heating, air conditioning and automation will make Pristis more valuable partner for our customers,“ said Andres Kiil, CEO of Pristis. The company already has in-house competence in the new areas through buildings’ technologies maintenance activities since 2009, Kiil added.
Pristis sold its technical and manned guarding businesses to USS Security Eesti AS
After obtaining Competition Authority approval, the deal was closed in 2011. Pristis interests in security services market are from now on represented via 40% stake in USS Security AS.
„Pristis also received ca €2,7M in cash. These funds shall be used to develop Pristis solutions and maintenance businesses,“ noted Indrek Sepp, chairman of Pristis Supervisory Board.
Pristis AS (www.pristis.ee) is established in 1993. Pristis provides its customers systems design, installation & rent of low voltage & security systems and maintenance of systems of buildings’ technologies (HVAC, electricity, automation, fire safety etc.).
Pristis operates in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In 2012 Pristis employs over 100 people.
